Philippe's professional pursuits span over 30 years, from software engineer to Managing Director with Cargill, Citigroup, and Australia New Zealand bank. He founded Greenlane-partners in 2020 to develop an executive coaching practice for aspiring and seasoned executives. He holds an MBA from The University of Chicago and an MSc in Information Technology from The University of Geneva. He is an Organizational Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation with Certified Hogan Assessment credentials

In the event conflicts emerge, Greenlane-Partners will immediately inform all parties concerned. Confidentiality: coaching discussions are strictly private and cannot be part of any performance assessments. Likewise, Greenlane-Partners notes are confidential and will be destroyed when the engagement ends. In the event that Greenlane-Partners is in possession of information that poses health risks, or breaches of laws and regulations, Greenlane-Partners will inform all parties concerned without delay.
